When and where is the Colorado Springs Ultimate Indoor Garage Sale? Colorado Springs, Colorado. Norris Penrose Event Center (1045 Lower Gold Camp Road). Our show hours are 5pm - 7:30pm for Early Bird Shopping on Friday January 31 ($10 at the door, $5 in advance online, includes your Saturday admission). General Admission, 9am - 4pm, Saturday February 1 is $3.
When and where is the Ultimate Indoor Garage Sale? Greeley, Colorado. Island Grove Regional Park Event Center. (501 N. 14th Ave.). Our show hours are 5pm - 7:30pm for Early Bird Shopping on Friday March 27 ($10 at the door, $5 in advance online, includes your Saturday admission). General Admission, 9am - 4pm, Saturday March 28 is $3.
Where can I purchase tickets? Online ticketing will be available soon. You can also purchase at the gate. (Note that Friday night tickets are less online.)
Vendor Info & Registration Questions - Both Events
How much does it cost to set-up a booth? May I rent just a table and not an entire booth? Spaces measure 10′ x 10′ and cost $65. If you rent 2 or more spaces, the cost drops to $55 each. Each vendor may rent up to 4 spaces. Tables are available at an additional fee of $8 each. Tables may not be rented without booth space rental.
What types of merchandise do you allow? Most things you might find at a regular garage sale are allowed. Restricted items include: items depicting nudity or lewdness, drug-related paraphernalia or vaping products/accessories, prepared or packaged foods and drinks, guns, ammunition, explosives, live animals, counterfeit merchandise. Any items competing with the facility contracted concessionaire are not allowed. Games of chance or skill, raffles, lotteries or auctions are not allowed. Political, religious, or any other soliciting materials are also not allowed.
May I bring animals into the garage sale? No, animals are not allowed.
What are the hours for set-up & tear down? Vendor set-up is on Friday before the garage sale, from 9am-5pm. Tear down is from 4pm-10pm on Saturday. NO EARLY PACKING IS ALLOWED. Vendors are expected to man their booth during the entirety of hours open to the public, including the Friday evening early buying event from 5pm-7:30pm.
May I view the floorplan? /May I request a certain spot as a vendor? The floor plan may change significantly over time as dealer counts change. Those wanting a certain placement may request their preference via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, but we make no express guarantees. You will receive your booth assignment at the end of the week prior to the sale.
Where do I go to unload? /Can I pull in to unload? Multiple entrances will be available to load and unload merchandise. Doors that contain glass fronts may NOT be used for merchandise unload or load out. You may be allowed to pull into the venue to unload if you arrive prior to Noon on Friday.
Do you supply dollies? /Do you have help available for me to unload? We highly advise you to bring your own dolly if possible. We can provide limited unload assistance by appointment only. To inquire about unload assistance, please email email@example.com
Do you have tables and chairs available for rent? /Will there be electrical access in my booth? 8′ tables are available for rent for $8 each, and folding chairs for $2 each. Electrical access is available for $12 and MUST be reserved in advance.
Attending the Garage Sale

How large is the garage sale? We expect to fill at least 150 10x10 spaces.
Is this event indoors? Yes, it all indoors and climate controlled.
Are there concessions available? Yes, full concessions will available.
